Returns Policy
To initiate a refund or exchange with WLA Clothing, please note the following policies:
- Refunds or exchanges can be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, the brand cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- The 14-day period is calculated from the date the order was delivered by the courier.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with the swing-tags still attached.
- No returns label is required. Simply include the original invoice inside the package and state whether you would like a refund or exchange.
- When trying on the products, please take care not to leave any marks or stains, as items returned in such condition may not be accepted.
- You are responsible for the items until they reach the WLA Clothing warehouse. It is recommended to use a delivery service that insures the value of the item(s) and obtain proof of postage.
- If you request an exchange, WLA Clothing will cover the postage for returning the item back to you free of charge.
- Please note that items returned for refund outside of the 14-day returns period will not be processed, and the item will be returned to you.
- Once the returned item is received, it will be checked by a staff member. If the terms and conditions have been met, a refund or exchange will be processed. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed and an additional 3 days for it to appear in your account.
- Sale items are non-refundable and can only be exchanged.
